Well made Brad Nailer.

Ive no experiance of air nail guns but these Silverline ones got good reviews from lots of people who said they did, the nailer arrived in good time and was an excellent price, Ive not used it yet but it certainly looks well made, doesn't feel cheap and the trigger that Ive seen criticised in some reviews looks just fine to me, its made of pressed steel and I think it is floppy until the gun is under pressure. The worst bit,,the instructions, these are written in micro print and I had to resort to using a magnifying glass to read them,,however after all the eyestrain you discover that the instructions amount to nothing anyway,,I see there is a ref to online instructions and perhaps these are more comprehensive? Unlike some reports, there were no complimentary brads or staples in my kit. In common with lots of other people I found the supplied air line connecter doesnt fit our Lidl Parkside compressor, but Screwfix has the correct one in stock at 1.99, so no big deal and Im happy so far with my purchase.Read full review

Nice stapler for the money. Often jams up if you don't get the air pressure right. You can overcome this with use. Takes a variety of different sizes of staples the thicker ones work the best. DJ

worked well even on an entry level 24 ltr compressor. used some 40mm nails into fence posts recently and went in like it was nothing.. you can adjust where the air escape positioning is too.. I didn't know and got a puff of air in the side of my face with each nail LOL. the direction is easily adjusted to face another direction.. but got a surprise when it happened.. all nailers are are like this.. they need air escape after each nail/staple.

A cheap solution if you have a compressor and work locally to it (£70 from LIDL or Aldi) a cordless nailer is a lot of money! Read full review

So far I am very pleased with this gun on both brads and staples, it does an excellent job. I had used a more expensive nail gun for several years in the past and wasn't expecting this one to be as good as my old one, but have been pleasantly surprised. Nice for the price

When looking for additions to my tool box I usually look for the higher end product as I want something to last. However this also has to reflect potential usage. As this item was only for light minor projects i went for the cheaper product. But this little nailer stapler delivers I've used larger mailers but for the price and cost this will do for me.
I've already decided new projects as i like using it so much it is light but strong and easy to use. I don't think I'd change my main brand items for this make but for the smaller jobs will definitely buy again. Very good for the price.Read full review

Supplied quick air connector not compatible with Aldi compressor hose quick change.
Had a spare connector for Aldi all fitted fine with ptfe tape.>
Added oil to chamber as per instructions before testing safety trigger guard is working normally

Tested with the supplied Brad nails. I found 90 PSI went too deep. 55 to 60 PSI worked perfectly.
Tested with 16mm crown staples I had purchased separately and all worked perfectly.
Fired about 30 of each with no gun jams

Got this for recovering some dining chairs with new fabric and not disappointed works like a treat but as with all guns correct air pressure and Staples are a must, I used type 90 staples and working perfect with no jamming or misfiring.Read full review

This is not intended for the tradesman using it for 8hrs straight, but for a DIY'er like me it is absolutely brilliant. Lightweight but able to cope with 50mm brads and 38mm staples. It makes jobs like fixing beading simple and if you set it up correctly leaves nails at or just below the surface with no bruising of wood or fingers.
