Slendertone Flex Belt - Unisex

Good value, strong, works well, easy to use

This is my second belt - the first one lasted several years and only had to be replaced because the spring inside the battery compartment finally broke after years of struggling to force the first battery into place. I notice the device has been modified to eliminate that particular spring.
The belt exercises the tummy muscles well and I like it because, being someone who finds doing exercises boring, I can have the effect of doing half an hour's sit-ups while I do jobs around the house, cooking, cleaning, ironing, setting my hair, etc.
I still find the battery compartment a bit tricky installing the first of the 3 AAA batteries.
By the way, I am a 79 year old, reasonably fit, woman.

Difficult to use

You'd think it was a case of strapping it on and using? No! It's so awkward to get the contact right so it works! As a regular user of tens machine's for pain relief this is bar far the most frustrating machine I've used. I regularly get so frustrated I just don't bother!

Impressed with this slendertone belt. Does what is expected and only down side is that it isn't very long! Only just fits round my waist but if you are slimmer then perhaps is better. You can get extensions I believe. Is tightening up my muscles on the sides of my stomach.Read full review
