I am a 55 year old woman, I took 1 Sominex for 4 consecutive nights an hour or so before going to bed. I definitely slept more sound, getting more uninterrupted sleep, I got up as usual one visit to toilet, and was quite surprised I went straight back to sleep again. I feel Sominex rebooted my sleep pattern, which for some reason was all over the place? Maybe for me an age thing? It was good to purchase something like this without being asked a load of questions too. Myself personally, I would buy again and would recommend them to others who are struggling to sleep. I do not use Sominex regularly if I do the dose I use either a half or a quarter.
The reason I use Sominex is I have acute tinnitus at time the noise is so great getting to sleep is impossible, there is no cure for this condition just management. Therefore occasionally I resort to taking this sleep aid for which I find extremely effective. ☯️Read full review
