Having been on a solid fitness journey for the last 3 years, I was skeptical about what this machine has to offer. I've had it about 2 weeks now and it's hitting areas of my body that lifting and cardio
never have. I have chronic shoulder and knee issues, so things like plyometrics and running are impossible for me. This machine is great for anyone looking for an addition to their workout regimen, but especially for those who, like me, need strength training and cardio but can't tolerate higher impact exercise. Great at home product

First of all if you think this will be exactly like a studio reformer...it is not. HOWEVER, for a home product, it is great!! You can get an excellent workout. I made some smaller loops for my hands because I didn't want to keep messing with the velcro. It didn't take long so it made sense to me. I wish the place where the cords attach were closer to the foot bar (end). There is a good four inches of space that is wasted and could be helpful for taller people to get a better range of motion. I'm not tall, and I would have appreciated the added availability. The padding is quite comfortable. I honestly haven't used the rebounder yet. I plan on it though. The rebounder itself looks like it's quite sturdy. The price is just right for this equipment. It's strong and solid....not going to fall apart. I would recommend this product.Read full review

Very happy with my purchase!

First while unpacking I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and heaviness of the product. I was able to unpack and put it together by myself within 45 minutes. I am 63 year old woman in pretty good shape. It is heavy to lift the main frame from the box, so sliding it out is easier. Read thru the instructions so you don't miss a step. My favorite part is the rebounder. I had never used one before and love the workout I get using it! Fun too! The only cons for me are that I wish it were a tad bit longer. I am 5'7", so when I put my feet in the straps to do leg work, the top hits the stops before I can get my legs fully extended. The only other minor con is that it does not glide smoothly over the seems where it is hinged together. This had to be designed this way for easy shipping so it was not a deal breaker for me. I was a bit spoiled since most of my reformer experience was at a pro studio on and $8,000 machine. To sum it up, I would buy this again and recommend to a friend.
