Versatile and economical.
It is ideal for small-scale cooking. I can make a proper jacket potato or Yorkshire puddings, or a fruit crumble without having to use the big oven. It does good potato chips / wedges too. I haven't needed to clean it yet because I have used containers rather than putting food directly into the wire trays. I think they could be tricky to clean if you don't have a dishwasher, but they are small enough to fit inside a washing up bowl and use the hot water and washing soda method on them.
I'm still getting used to it and haven't tried making a cake yet. It probably wouldn't bake more than one 8" sponge cake at a time - that would be enough for me.
