Blue flame

Read a few reviews about people not getting a blue flame and only having a yellow flame resulting in black soot on pan bases. Getting a strong blue flame is a case of adjusting the air intake. Make sure the metal color is closed when you open the on/off valve to ignite the burner, then adjust the metal color to allow more air to draw in to the mix and the flame colour and strength will change.Read full review

Compared to my other burners, this product was not good quality. Constructed using thin metal and you have to bolt it together with screws and bolts
