Been using this brand for years
If I do not take these D3 pills for awhile my pain comes back with a vengeance. I have been using these for about 5years. I have found these difficult to obtain at 10,000 iu's and have recently found them here on eBay. I add K2 with them (as you ought to)
As a hypothyroid sufferer, I take four times as much as is suggested. Yes it works! If you have immune problems you need MORE and we are deficit in D3 living in the northern hemisphere too. (Less sun and hours of it)

Excellent product
I am bedbound so hardly ever get out so I’ve been taking vitamin d for a few years. I used another brand of softgels before but they are becoming increasingly hard to get in 10,000iu and they are also becoming wildly expensive so I bought these. This is the second year I’ve bought the Nu U ones because I think they are actually better.
They are good quality and smaller so easy to swallow and I have had no problems with them at all. I like the fact that they are sold with enough for the year so they work out cheaper than my previous brand. They are also made in the uk which I also like.

This is my third lot of this product. I recommend this to everyone I know. I haven’t come across this strength of Vitamin D3 at such an excellent price. A full year of easy to take capsules. Great Dose if Vitamins
It’s really great 👍 it so small you can actually swallow it with out water 💦. My husband and I love taking it everyday. Unlike the other vitamins they’re way too big and hard to swallow even with water 💦 before when I use to take those kind of vitamin I find it had to take I end up vomiting 🤮 it out because it was way too big then I had to start crushing it into powder like before taking. But finding this gel capsules has made it a lot more enjoyable for me to take it daily. I highly recommend it.

Do I need a vitiman D supplement? Possibly, because I can catch a cold.

Transparent Brand with Independently Verified Vitamin D3.
The Supplement industry in the uk is unregulated. this makes it hard to know which brands you can trust, to give you the real deal in the correct dose.

To the person who says this in the reviews: "Medical evidence says that in the concentration supplied, this product is harmful to health.
The UK NHS health stipulates a daily maximum of 4,000 IUs of vitamin D and says any dosage above this is likely to be harmful. Each daily dose of this product is 10,000 IUs. "
~The dopey twit fails to (purposefully) mention that the reason it can be toxic is due to calcification (vit D puts calcium into the blood). HOWEVER the only threat is to big pharma profit margins, as they FAIL to mention that there is no toxicity with Vitamin D in any amount when taken with Vitamin K2, Zinc & Magnesium (Vit K2 takes the calcium OUT of the blood and into the bones teeth etc. Take those four together (D3, K2, Zinc, Magnesium) & it completes the circle so as to speak. A bit of searching in duckduckgo will yield the very same information. Knowledge can be very powerful, hence why vested interests at big pharma like to throw red herrings around..!Read full review...

This vitamin D3 ticks all the boxes. Not only it is 10000iu which is from what I have found daily minimum but it is in form of softgels which is the best you can get because vitamin D dissolves in fats. It is a very good value as you get 365 capsules for £14.97. If you are looking for a vitamin D3 don't think twice buy this one and you will not regret it just don't forget to buy also a vitamin K2 mk7 and take them together so the vitamin D will go where it should in your body.
