I have no other experience of electric mowers, having used a Honda rotary mower with a rear roller for twenty eight years. However, that was getting heavy to manoeuvre in and out of the garage so I was looking for something else a little lighter perhaps.
They WORX Mower came very highly rated so I chose that and it arrived quickly, so five stars for Service. No assembly required other than the grass collector which is very easy. I charged the batteries overnight and said about my Lawns. It soon became apparent that the lowest setting was appropriate at this time of year for the blades and I also said the speed of the Mower at the end of its range. My only gripe was that getting under shrubs meant pulling the mower backwards to which there was some resistance until I worked out which handles to release boat that’s a usage issue and will disappear with practice.
The only serious omission is that of a rear roller. I have got used to nice stripes on my lawn and the absence of them now is a great pity. I note that other manufacturers supply rollers can be attached but sadly not WORX.

Worx easy to use and start up
The mower is put together well and very easy to use ,the handle folds down for easy storage and has an easy start up you can control the speed at which the mower moves across the grass it's ideal pace is on the middle setting .The cut is ok but not as good as a petrol mower which I had previously this is probably because on this mower the back wheels are slightly bigger on the back than on the front ,on my petrol mower the wheels were all the same size so when you lower the mower it would sit square .The batteries are compact and last pretty well using 1 bar on a single cut and my garden is a fair size. Excellent mower with minor flaws.
The only criticism would be
#1. Why not use a brushless motor for the self propulsion.
#2. A roller or brushes to make stripes more noticeable.
