I've had 3 total and I am an HVAC tech. For the price you can't beat it. They are very durable and the battery typically lasts about 5 days for me before needing charged. The driver is great for tighter spaces and has plenty of torque and is my main tool. The drill works very well as long as your not drilling through block, but has more than enough torque for sheet metal, wood, rusty nuts. Make a choice and stick to it
Last years I chose this 20 volt system and am sticking to it. It is too bad that there is not a universal battery pack that can be used on multiple brands.
I say this because B&D builds DeWalt and Milwaukee also.
