The Wharfedale Diamond SW150 has a deep clean sound that penetrates without causing a boom box sound. With its 10 inch speaker and heavy cabinet construction the speaker has little or no cabinet coloration. The SW150 has all the wiring configuration you would need plus phase and volume adjustment. i have owned many subwoofers these last few years BK,SVS,VELODYNE,MA,MK,KEF,SUNFIRE to name but a few.i have a large lounge and my Bk was struggling to fill it as I would like so I purchased this on ebay, just to play with really, looking for a bit more lowdown enforcement.
Frankly very impressed, coming from a brand that's not renowned for subs and not at all expensive, it does what I was looking for exceptionally well.

ABSOLUTELY EPIC

Im very picky with subs, this wharfedale has a lovely rich deep bass note, suited perfectly to the wharfedale diamond 9.1 fronts when set to 45hz at the crossover, astounded at how much bass this thing produces, so rich and creamy.

Fills my 18ft livingroom with perfectly matched low end bass no stereo speaker can deliver, it fills in the gap very nicely, i produce my own DTS 5.1 music and this sub does the job very very well indeed.

I use this sub for bass a pair of diamond 9.1 for the fronts and modus for rear and center, the sound detail is absolutely amazing and everything works very well together, get one you will love it!Read full review...
