This DVD covers basic yoga very well; it is great for beginners as well as advanced yoga students - the instructor shows you how to modify poses to accommodate those with limitations, as well as how to make the poses even more advanced if you wish to challenge yourself. A very helpful yoga session for the elderly

I watch this tape just about every day. I am 73 and have bursitis in both hips and a lower back issue and I feel so much better after I do the sessions.
