SB8200 works great with Comcast

I have Comcast internet service. I tried two Arris CM8200A cable modems and although they did work with Comcast they could not load the Comcast firmware. I was told by Comcast engineers to return them since in the future they may not be compatible or get the necessary security updates. The SB8200 was able to update to the latest Comcast firmware without any problems and works flawlessly with Comcast.
