Powerful and efficient.
I have only tested this product for 2 or 3 minutes but immediate thoughts are very powerful suction that quickly removes pond debris and sludge. Ideally some sort of shroud advisable to fit on hose components to prevent inquisitive fish being sucked into the vacuum tank. Also a longer drain hose preferred. Lightweight & functional, best for small ponds.
For the money a good vac.
For me negatives are the speed of suction & (short) length of the discharge tube & the suction extension tube sections.
I have extended my tubes & outlet & I also had to add rubber ring(to either side to stop it leaking, it had been sealed with tape that was inadequate.
It is not as powerful as my last vac, but it does the job in my pond (2000 gallons) although due to less power than my former vac, struggles with the bain of my pondlife, blanket weed.
That aside positives are it looks good, it works and as I got old, it is light, which is a bonus. IMO best for smaller ponds.Read full review
