The copper covering does seem to be very thin and after a 5 days use inlcuding moderate walking with socks on 20% had rubbed off. I understand from the seller you are supposed to wear these next to the skin and replace them. I would imagine if you were not active or did not wear them for walking around they would last longer and probably be effective, but not for my sort of use. Read full review

I was very disapointed with the Copper Insoles. The copper has completly worn off after just weeks of using them. I ordered them to help my arthritis and have felt no improvement but will not now because there is no copper left on them. Not good for just under £15 per set. I emailed the supplier a week or so ago and they emailed back to say that they would look into it for me but I have heard nothing since.Read full review

Really effective

To my surprise the copper insoles make a big difference. Although I still have pain and inconvenience from my severe, general arthritis, much of the swelling and distortion has disappeared. I am grateful for that. It took several weeks but is very obviously improved. L. Hermann.
