Real pizza at home...
Seems weird that I was not aware of this wonder for so many years, I am being honest, it takes practice and a lot of youtube searching for the right way to make dough and use this oven; I am sharing my experience hoping many will not make the right mistake; first, my oven already came with teh temp mod, that is it would switch on before reaching the number 1, then make sure the pizza is not too big as it will not cook properly on the border, then turn to 2, use a temp gun to make sure the stone reaches 320c, then place the pizza without oil, do not add watery stuff as anything burning on the stone can make it turn black. Once you place the pizza on the stone, turn the temp knob to the max, as sadly, once it reaches the temp setting, the heat element will switch off and not cook the top side, so by doing this, it will remain on and spread the heat evenly. Make sure you turn the pizza clockwise (or anti...does not matter) so you will cook it evenly, try to buy a metal pizza peel and please use semolina when working the pizza as this will prevent it to stick on the wooden pizza peel, as if you mess with it, any hole will make the stone very messy, my culprit was oil I have added, got stains but with time they go away...it takes practice, good flour, a stand mixer, but believe me, the end results are simply amazing, as a good italian pizza needs very high temps, some have added a new heat element to reach 500c, taking the cooked pizza only 1 min....amazing!Read full review

Freeari pizza oven in use report
You just have to remember 10-12 minute warm up of machine before ever placing dough on it. I forgot once on third time use and result nearly finished the top stone ceramic coat so thin over metal below no stone exists . However saved it and cooks well pizza or Indian nann bread. It stores well and with lots of care will last. My concern is over this fine ceramic coat. Its not a pizza stone at all just metal polished base coated with something like white stone powder. However it does the job just fineRead full review

Does what it says on the box
Great device, I've made bread & pizza with it, they usually cook very nicely in 2.5-3 mins. Just follow the instructions closely, except with my one I'd use setting 2.5 for most things rather than 'between 2.5 and 3' as the manual suggests.Read full review

Superb well made Pizza Oven
This Ferrari Pizza Oven is an excellent and well made product. It has a solid feel and is nicely finished. I have now tried it for the first time using some home-made pizza dough, tomato pizza topping, grated mozzarella and pepperoni. The oven has to be preheated for 10 minutes between the 2 ½ and 3 settings on the heat control and the pizza can then be placed on the refractory stone. The pilot light should still be on when the lid is closed on the pizza. I kept the same heat setting, and in just over 4 minutes the pizza was ready and cooked to perfection. The bottom had a great lightly dappled look and was really crisp. It all looked and tasted great so I am delighted with it and happy to recommend. Frozen pizzas can also be cooked but need to stand at room temperature for 10 mins before being cooked. The two pizza paddles are now aluminium with plastic handles and are quite useful if you don’t have a peel.Read full review

Fantastic
This makes real Italian pizzas . I use the Italian flour caputo, mutti tomatoes with garlic and some basul and mozzarella. Pizza takeaway is a thing of the past. You will always get remnants and burnt bits on the stone, rub with a dry scourer when cool,Never wash it. Read full review

Ferrari Pizza Oven
Very easy to use, results like you would expect in a pizzeria and really fast. You need to practice a little manual dexterity to get the sauce and other items on the base quickly but the results are worth it. Only downside is it’s a little expensive! Would buy another tomorrow!Read full review

Best pizza oven
For anyone wanting to recreate their favourite Neopolitan Pizza at home this is hands down the best solution. It’s compact, simple to use , achieves the crucial high heat needed (400 ish which is of course much hotter than your regular oven ) and it’s quick to heat up. In the UK our weather doesn’t really allow for outdoor cooking all year round and so specialist gas pizza ovens which can only be used outdoors like the Gosney Roccbox etc aren’t as versatile. The G3 Ferrari can be used all year indoors, baking pizza in around four and a half minutes. If you make your own fresh pizza dough 24 hrs before you’ll get great results ... better than many restaurants. It’s only a one pizza at a time bake, but while one is baking you can make the next pizza and have it ready to pop in once the other is ready. You’ll never want to eat a ready made supermarket pizza again ...... ever ! Read full review

Makes great pizza
My teenage kids love this. Very easy to use and once heated up (10 mins) each pizza only takes 3-4 minutes to cook
We used Asda pizza dough and the pizzas taste just like our local restaurant who use a wood fired oven.
If any cheese melts on the stone it goes black and smokes.
Really happy we bought this.Read full review

Fantastic Product
This Ferrari pizza maker is the best product I've bought in ages. For years I've been trying, with limited success, to make the perfect pizza. The problem is, you cannot achieve the correct temperature in a conventional oven. This pizza maker gets up to 390 degrees, the ideal temperature. I never thought I'd achieve this but I've made pizzas which surpass anything I've had in the best restaurants all over Europe. I'm absolutely thrilled. Highly recommended.Read full review
