Would recommend i believe Gorilla products are the best.
Sticks really well, is more flexible than other brands, seems to work fine but have only just used it so time will tell.

Don't use this on shed roofs
Sticks well but didn't work where the shed roof was damp. Had to dry it off with a blow torch then put tape down. As the felt has a grain on it the tape was not soft enough to stick properly however, heating up the edges melted the glue and made the seal.
Summation: Doesn't stick to wet areas, repair area has to be smooth, dry and flat.Read full review

Not a good product
I had a leaking garage roof so thought I'd try this product, I also tried it on a leaky drain pipe, the product doesn't adhere in the wet/damp in the slightest despite the description. I waited for a dry couple of days and then applied, it stuck at first but after a day of rain it all came awayy, this is basically a rubber sheet with some third rate adhesive, wouldn't recommend.Read full review

It sticks very tenaciously, to surfaces that I used it on and I repaired a hole in the side of a metal shed, by just sticking the tape across it. Job done.

It doesn't like water!
The tape is supposed to work under water, but loses adhesion when wet. May well work in dry conditions but was useless in attempting a pond repair. The promotional material specifically mentions pond liners but the small print on the packaging says it cannot be used with fish or other animals. Gorilla seal tape
Had a tare in roof felt under the tiles which allowed vermin into the loft space, having dealt with the vermin issues this gorilla seal tape worked fantastically well at repairing the hole, it was the middle of winter but still stuck so well in the cold loft and once in place can't be removed. Overall a great product which was recommended to me by a roofer mate of mine, if it's good enough for pro repairs it's good enough for about anything. Read full review

Patch repair roll
