Start-up Scale-up is a free seller support programme run by specialist Marketplace Advisors, who are experts in onboarding new business sellers onto eBay. They’ll guide you through creating an account, onboarding your inventory and optimising your listings, and will introduce you to eBay’s other seller growth programmes.

There is no charge! All we ask is for you to engage with us over the course of the programme so you can get the most out of our time working together.
How long does the programme last?
Your Marketplace Advisor will assess your business and specific needs to select a suitable programme length that is tailored to your requirements.
Are there any requirements or criteria I need to achieve in order to take part in the programme?
You should be new to eBay as a business seller, or a business seller without a sale in the last 12 months. The programme also accepts individual sellers (C2C) who wish to convert their account to a business account.
What are the benefits of taking part in the programme?
