Is there a charge associated with booking a session?
No, the session is free of charge.
Can I book a follow-up session with the same Marketplace Advisor?
You’ll be assigned a different Marketplace Advisor for each session, so won’t be able to book one with the same advisor. However, every advisor is equipped to deal with a broad range of topics and will be able to offer a fresh perspective.
Do I need to provide anything ahead of the appointment?
No, getting started is easy. Just book an appointment via the provided Calendly link and select the topic you’d like to discuss.
What can I expect to get from the session?
You can expect to speak with a Marketplace Advisor who will provide personalised advice for your eBay business, based on the topic you’ve pre-selected to discuss during the session.
How many of these sessions can I make use of?
You can take advantage of 3 Seller Clinic sessions per calendar year.
Who is eligible to make use of Seller Clinics?
Seller Clinics are available to business sellers who:
- Are registered on the eBay.co.uk site
- Have delivered a Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of less than £85,000 for their business on eBay within the calendar year or the 12 month period before their first appointment.
