This season’s seller update focuses on ways that we’re expanding on the services, resources, and tools we offer to support your business’s success.
You now have more ways to learn and connect through expanded eBay webinars and events. We’ve partnered with Small Business Britain to offer you a series of expert-led webinars, and we’re adding new in-person events to help you grow your knowledge on topics essential to your business’s success.
We’re taking the hassle out of handling deliveries for large, bulky items by offering exclusive rates on delivery, assembly, old item removal, and more through HubEurope’s award-winning service. You’ll get access to multiple specialist carriers, providing the right services and competitive rates for your business, with all your eBay orders in one simple portal. HubEurope supports seller managed services on eBay.
In addition we’re expanding the per-order fee credit to when you voluntarily issue a full refund to a buyer for selected reasons, as well as giving you free optional listing upgrades to help you make your listings stand out. As we’ve continued to invest in making eBay a vibrant and trusted marketplace, we’re also adjusting Shop subscription rates and final value fees in selected categories.
