I’m pleased to announce that eBay International Shipping is coming to the UK as an improved version of our current Global Shipping Programme. You’ll soon be able to connect with buyers in more than 195 countries without paying international selling fees. Get ready to enjoy an easier experience with full payout protections, including returns, once your item is scanned at the domestic shipping hub.
Plus, with the much-anticipated eBay Open 2026 on the horizon, I’m looking forward to more moments together. Come along for inspiring conversations, practical support and the chance to learn from other sellers.

Introducing eBay International Shipping in the UK
Starting this month, eBay International Shipping (eIS) will replace the UK Global Shipping Programme (GSP) as part of a phased rollout through to December 2026.
You’ve told us that international demand for your items is strong, but customs, logistics and returns can be complicated. We’ve listened to your feedback, and now you’ll be able to enjoy an easier shipping experience with more improvements and peace of mind.
Explore the benefits of eIS:
- More international reach – Connect with buyers in more than 195 countries, up from the current 105
- Lower costs – Save 30% on international delivery rates*, and enjoy no international selling fees on orders purchased through eIS
- “Sold is sold” payout protections – Once parcels are scanned at the hub, you’re protected if an item is lost, damaged or delayed
- Returns handled by us – From inspection to processing, we manage refunds at no cost to you
You don’t need to take any action now – eligible listings will automatically update when the new programme launches. You’ll get a notification confirming exactly when this will happen before anything changes.

Expanding Authenticity Guarantee for trading cards
If you’re a collectables seller, you’ll know how important authentication is for building buyer trust. That’s why trading cards priced at £350 and above are now included in our free Authenticity Guarantee service.
As of 13 July, more of your single trading cards now qualify for expert verification from Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) before being delivered to buyers. There’s no change to the way you sell – the Authenticity Guarantee tick will show up automatically next to eligible cards, helping your listings stand out.
